Work on an occupied site

This achievement on the occupied site of a Parisian major head office was constructed with an innovative concept of solid partitions, the H7 Smart Wall associated with H7 Transparency, to optimise the contribution of light at the heart of the areas.

This head office redevelopment project, according to a Parisian architect, is twofold:

Renovate the existing administrative areas
Transform into offices part of an industrial building previously used as storage space
The new premises had to reflect the brand image of the company, recognised in its business as a leading company working with top-quality products.

Also, the 1160 m² of partitions needed to be fitted on an occupied site.

An innovative project

To meet the requirements of a leading company, the architect proposed a project constructed in H7 Transparence and H7 Smart Partition; a partition benefiting from an innovative method of joining panels edge-to-edge, like parquet flooring.

“My client and I were immediately impressed by this product. It was perfect for what I imagined for this project,” says the architect. “The H7 Smart-Wall maintains the removable aspect of the product while providing unrivalled surface flatness for this kind of partition. The white-veined melamine cladding gives a very elegant touch. It is very high quality in every detail. The continuity of the product provides a really interesting overall grace”.

The contribution of light

Les espaces situés en cœur d’îlot nécessitant un maximum de luminosité, toutes les transversales ont été réalisées en cloisons pleines et, au coeur du bâtiment, les surfaces vitrées ont été privilégiées. Esthétique épurée et légèreté visuelle ont permis de valoriser les vues sur l’extérieur, quel que soit l’endroit où l’on se situe.

Work in an occupied site

The cleanliness of the partition-installing job allowed the work to be done in an occupied site. “Installing removable partitions is simpler, cleaner and less restrictive”, says the architect, “and with the H7 Smart-Wall, we obtain the ideal finish. It’s a product that really is very different.”
